Our Costs

We work hard to keep clients’ up-to-date of the cost of any ongoing legal work we are doing for you.

In some cases we are able to provide either fixed fees or more clarity with a range of pricing.

Immigration

Our fixed fees for professional costs range from £1,500 to £5000, depending on the type of visa application. The hourly rate is £350.

Legal costs include meetings with clients, correspondence, reviewing documentation, drafting the application, and revisions and do not include disbursements.

  • Italian: Any likely disbursements can be found on the Italian Consulate website and do not attract VAT.
  • UK: Any likely disbursements can be found on the UK government website and do not attract VAT.

  • Spouse visa and extension, Indefinite Leave to remain application, HR application (without disbursements) £2000
  • Entry clearance application (without disbursements) – basic £800
  • Drafting of skeleton £500
  • Drafting grounds for Judicial review and appeal £850
  • Asylum legal fees £2000
  • Instructions/brief to expert £350
  • Basic skilled worker visa application £1600
  • Sponsorship licence application legal fees (without disbursements) -starting from £4000
  • EU settlement application £1500
  • Pre-action protocol letters – basic £1500
  • Appeal legal fees without advocacy, skeleton and disbursements – £2500
  • Judicial review legal fees without advocacy and disbursements £5000

Family

Our hourly rate varies from £140 to £350, depending on the professional handling your case. We also offer fixed fee agreements, which may vary from £1,200 to £1,700. We are happy to discuss the agreement with the client.

Please note, we cannot offer fixed fee agreement for contentious divorce/financial/children matter. Our fees are not comprehensive of the court fees which you can find here Civil court fees (EX50) – GOV.UK

Wills and Probate

We offer a range of fixed fee between £500 and £1,000 for Will writing tailored to your need and personal circumstances.

Commercial Lease Contracts

  • Commercial Lease contracts (hospitality): We offer fixed fee agreements from £1,800 to £2,500, depending on the type of deeds requested and the annual rent amount.
  • Commercial Lease contracts (registration): We offer a fixed fee of £500 plus disbursements such as registration fees and SDLT which are calculated based on the first 5 years of annual rent payable

Probate

In some cases, we can offer a fixed fee for our services, ranging from 3% to 5% of the gross value of the assets, with a minimum starting amount of £4,500 plus disbursements.

There are costs which are not included in our fees and they are among others: disbursements such as probate fee £300, extra copy £1,50 per copy, etc., Inheritance Tax due on an estate ( visit the HMRC calculator here HMRC tools and calculators – GOV.UK ), third parties additional costs for instance Tax advice, Valuation of property, savings, investments and/or assets, probate genealogy, etc”.

The time scale for a probate may vary from 3 to 12 months for a typical estate but may be more for more complex or particular cases.

The estates for which we offer a fixed fee agreement are those where:

  • There is a valid will;
  • There is no more than one property;
  • There are no more than four bank or building society accounts;
  • There are up to six beneficiaries;
  • There are no disputes between beneficiaries on the division of the assets. If there are disputes, this will increase the costs, and we will apply our hourly rate;
  • There are no claims made against the estate.

In other cases, we apply our hourly rate in the range between £140 and £340 per hour, depending on the professional acting in your case.

Please note :

  • Our fixed fees agreement includes the transfer of the assets to the beneficiary but not the sale of the house or other property, which will be charged separately.
  • Cross-border family, probate, or commercial matters: Depending on the case, fees may be a percentage of the gross value of the dispute or the estate/property value, or a fixed fee. We are happy to discuss this with the client to establish a fair agreement.
