Vania is dual qualified Avvocato and Solicitor of England and Wales enrolled to the Bar Association of Belluno (Italy) in January 2000 after four years practice as a trainee solicitor and to the SRA of England and Wales since 2017. 

From 1999 to 2011 Vania was Planning and Environment Councillor at the Municipality of Pieve di Cadore (Italy). 

From 2006 to 2011 Vania proudly served as Honorary Public Prosecutor at the High Court of Pordenone (Italy) gaining deep knowledge of the Criminal Law litigation and Family abuses. 

She deals with a broad range of cross-border matters including Family Law and Domestic Abuses, Inheritance and Estate planning, contentious and non-contentious Probate, and Immigration Law.

Vania undertakes all aspects of family law, including litigation, and has a wealth of experience in dealing with the financial consequences of relationship breakdown. Vania has a particular expertise in cross border family and probate cases where estates in the UK and Italy are involved. Vania also deals with Power of Attorney and the legalisation processes having her signature recorded at FCDO.  Vania has a particular expertise in dealing with British and Italian citizenship applications.
Vania has also a particular expertise in dealing with Commercial Lease contracts in the Hospitality sector.

Mauro is dual qualified Avvocato and Solicitor of England and Wales enrolled to the Bar Association of Treviso (Italy) in 1999 and to the SRA of England and Wales since 2017. He specialised in data protection, contracts, commercial and corporate law. Mauro is the Managing Partner, Nominated COLP and COFA of the Firm.

Mauro has a considerable experience drafting and revising commercial contracts, providing legal interpretation and guidance on matters related to the business and company strategies, in line with Code of Ethics and Compliance Program. Monitoring changes in the local and international legislation and providing connected legal advice. Advising the commercial and procurement department. Supervising the privacy framework implementation and review of the privacy policies, updating and reviewing the data protection clauses in the company contracts.

Mauro also has experience in contributing as a privacy lawyer to support clients in the compliance with GDPR, PECR and global privacy matters including CCPA and PIPEDA. Drafting and revising the privacy policies of the US clients and advising them during the Privacy Shield application process. Revising of international agreements, DPO contracts, privacy policies and related policies (data breach, BYOD, data retention, access control and password, social media, employment relationship). Assisting clients on DPIA, DSAR, data breaches, privacy program implementation, cross-border data transfers.
