Vania is dual qualified as Avvocato and Solicitor of England and Wales, enrolled to the Bar Association of Belluno (Italy) in January 2000 after four years of practice as a trainee solicitor, and to the SRA of England and Wales since 2017.

She held the position of Municipal Planning and Environment Councillor at the Municipality of Pieve di Cadore (Italy) from 1999 to 2011.

From 2006 to 2011, Vania proudly served as Honorary Public Prosecutor at the High Court of Pordenone (Italy), gaining deep knowledge of Criminal Law litigation and Family abuses.

Vania deals with a broad range of cross-border matters, including Family Law and Domestic Abuses, Inheritance and Estate planning, contentious and non-contentious Probate, and Immigration Law. She undertakes all aspects of family law, including litigation, and has extensive experience in dealing with the financial consequences of relationship breakdown.
